Park Centre – Your Youth and Community Venue in the Heart of Burgess Hill

Situated on Park Road in Burgess Hill, Park Centre is a newly reopened community hub offering a range of versatile spaces available for hire. Whether you are planning a meeting, workshop, class, or event, the Centre provides comfortable, flexible rooms suitable for groups of all sizes.

The General Hall is ideal for large gatherings, performances, or community events, while smaller rooms offer cosy, well-lit spaces perfect for workshops, classes, or one-on-one sessions.

Park Centre combines a central, easily accessible location with modern facilities, creating a welcoming environment for all. Operated by a local charity, the Centre is committed to serving the community and offers affordable rates, with discounts for charities and regular bookings.

Availability

Rooms are available to hire at Park Centre 7 days a week from 8 am - 10 pm 

Rooms for Hire

General Hall: Large Sports Hall with Stage for up to 144 seated 

Temple Room: Medium Hall for up to 50 people 

Fisher Room: Medium Room for up to 45 people

Snug: Medium Room for up to 25 people - features a smartboard, TV and direct garden access

Roman: Small Room for up to 12 people

Norman: Small Room for up to 4 people 

Burt: Small Room for up to 2 people, ideal for 1:1

Features

Park Centre offers a communal garden space, a central hub with seating, a pool table, a dart board and a football table.

Our Kitchen is available for all hirers to use with a fridge freezer, oven, urn, kettle, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery and microwave available.

A public Computer is available onsite for use by our hirers and their clients. 

Our Snug features a Smartboard and TV 

Our large stage is available in the general hall

WIFI is provided throughout the building

Price

Our prices range from £10 - £36 per hour with discounts available for regular weekly hire, charities and multiple room hire. 

Parking

Park Centre offers 6 Parking spaces with ample parking available at the nearby Cyprus Road Car Park. It is close to the town centre and local transport links. 

Accessibility 

Park Centre's Ground floor is wheelchair accessible with a step-free main entrance and a disabled toilet. A portable ramp is available onsite to access the Temple room. The first floor does not have a lift, which is planned in future works to improve accessibility.
