About Community Gym - Y Gampfa Gymunedol
Our Community Gym at Parc Dewi Sant, Carmarthen has recently been refurbished. The space now includes a fully matted area, seating, a circle group space, a hot desk, Wi-Fi, as well as toilet and kitchen facilities.
The matted area is ideal for a variety of Martial Arts, Yoga and other therapy classes, , barefoot dancing, exercise classes, PT Instructors or any other training that requires a padded floor.
The seated area has comfortable seating and is very much suited to group meetings
We offer flexible rental options, including hourly, half-day, full-day, and both regular or one-off bookings.
