About Charndon Village Hall
Charndon Community Hall is available for general and long-term hire. We are set in a very quiet and secure countryside location at the northern end of the village of Chardon.
The hall interior has been significantly modernised to provide a large kitchen with fridge, double oven, microwave and dual sinks. Ample cutlery and chinaware are available. There is also a large serving hatch with ample preparation surfaces and cupboards.
The hall is split into a large reception area and the main hall which can be separated by a folding divider or left open to provide a significant space. Tables and chairs are provided.
There are separate male and female toilets with sinks and hand dryers. The female toilet also caters for disabled visitors.
A good-sized car park is provided that will hold around 12 vehicles comfortably. The car park is protected by barriers to ensure oversized vehicles do not use it.
The exterior also boasts a very large playing field, which can accommodate large marquees and has football goal posts, picnic benches, basketball pitch and an extensive children’s playground.
