Priory House is a unique Grade II listed building in the heart of Dudley Town Centre, offering a collection of characterful, flexible spaces for meetings, conferences, training, creative activities, rehearsals, celebrations and community events.

Dating from the early-to-mid 19th century, Priory House is a beautiful example of late Georgian architecture, combining historic character with practical, modern facilities. The building retains many of its original architectural features, including ornate plasterwork, decorative cornicing, impressive Venetian windows, chandeliers and a striking central staircase and glass dome.

Main Hall & Studio Space

Our spacious studio provides a versatile blank canvas for a wide range of activities. With a generous open floor area and plenty of natural light, it is particularly suited to dance, fitness, workshops, rehearsals, performances, creative sessions and group activities.

The studio can be arranged to suit your requirements, making it equally useful for a regular class, one-off workshop or larger creative project. The wider creative hub also includes a dedicated rehearsal room, creative areas and a digital space, providing opportunities to use different rooms together for larger projects or events.

Kitchen & Catering Facilities

Priory House has kitchen facilities available for hirers, making it easy to incorporate refreshments, lunches and catering into your booking.

For meetings, training sessions and events, refreshments and catering can be arranged to suit your requirements and budget. The building has already hosted catered events, including a wedding buffet reception and meetings for local organisations.

Meeting & Conference Room

Our Blue Room is a welcoming and adaptable meeting and training space, ideal for team meetings, board meetings, training sessions, workshops, presentations and conferences.

The room can be configured in a variety of layouts, including classroom, theatre and U-shape, accommodating up to 25 delegates. It includes a plug-and-play TV screen and free Wi-Fi, making it easy to deliver presentations, training and collaborative sessions. Refreshments and catering can also be arranged, with free parking available for facilitators.

Reception & Event Spaces

For something a little more special, the front of Priory House provides a truly distinctive setting. With its grand original coving, chandeliers, decorative features and elegant rooms, the reception areas offer a memorable backdrop for celebrations, networking events, receptions, meetings and private functions.

The reception spaces can be configured and tailored to suit your event, with catering options available to complement your booking. Priory House has already welcomed wedding receptions and annual meetings, demonstrating the flexibility of these beautiful historic rooms.
