About Pillaton Village Hall
Pillaton Village Hall is located opposite St Odulph’s Church in Pillaton, postcode PL12 6QS.
There are three areas
- Main hall with stage. Maximum capacity 120 persons standing or 60 seated.
- Meeting room. Seated capacity max 20 people.
- Kitchen - includes 90cm range cooker with ceramic hob, grill and 2 ovens; commercial extraction; dishwasher with 15-minute cycle; water boiler; under-counter fridge; separate fridge/freezer; crockery, cutlery and glassware. 10 Banqueting tables and 60 banqueting chairs.
Bookings can be taken for any room or the entire building.
NOTE: For insurance purposes, we cannot exceed a total of 120 people, even if you have booked both the Main Hall and Meeting Room.
The Village Hall has an “ultrafast” 300mbps fibre broadband connection (included in the hire charge).
The main hall has audio facilities as well as a fixed projector and electronic screen providing full AV capability.
Heating, water and lighting costs are included in the hall hire fee. All wall sockets (kitchen sockets included) use a pay meter, which accepts £1 coins only, this is situated on the wall to the left side of the stage in the main hall.
The adjacent playing field with play equipment is a public space and cannot be reserved for exclusive use.
The hall has an Entertainment Licence which allows the performance of live or recorded music.
