I'm very disappointed in the service I got. The room itself was spacious but that's it . Turnt up to a dirty room. Filthy tables which weren't even out. Toilets not been cleaned. Soiled seats, soiling on floor not toilet roll. Dryer not working No paper towels
Very kind lady called Julie who was on holiday but usually runs it helped out & was disgusted . Was actually heaving!! I had a party with 80 kids. This was not acceptable!! It took us an hour to sort the place out as previous party was still there for 30 minutes after there booking but no staff to sort things out. Total shambles. Every staff member I spoke to said we will be reporting this Monday. We're so sorry. Not good enough. I wait your reply
About Kingswood Community Association
The Main Hall holds 175 people, has a large stage area and a licenced bar. It is suitable for Wedding Parties, Daytime and Evening, Engagements, Birthday Parties and Company get-togethers. It is located in the High Street Kingswood and is on a Main Bus route, with good access to the Centre of Bristol and the Ring Road. There is a large car park. Our hall comes with a licensed bar on a Friday and Saturday evening.
