A lovely hall in a lovely part of the world. We didn't actually end up booking the hall due to other circumstances changing, but after enquiring we were shown around the hall by a very friendly lady who made us feel very welcome.
About Axbridge Town Hall
Situated in the heart of Axbridge, in The Square. The Town Hall has a large hall, with a large modern kitchen at the rear, a bar area, disabled access and toilets.
The Hall (ground floor) is ideal for all types of function and is used for formal dinners, dances, parties, plays, exhibitions and formal gatherings such as the Mayor Making, Annual Assembly etc. It also hosts regular activities such as Tai Chi, Yoga, Youth Groups etc.
For a touch of history, the Council Chambers can be hired separately - an ideal venue for receptions etc.
