Went was invited and attended a party at this venue last night (11th Dec 15)
There is a long walk in the total darkness to the actual hall, which was rather precarious. I use a walking stick, and my friend has limited sight. This could have had solar lights what most places have now, it was very dangerous, and again coming back out to our cab, it was again very unnerving.
The venue was not bad, but it was cold...and the toilets were freezing. It didnt feel a great place, would I recommend it, not in the winter months due to the dark and the cold.
At the venue entrance was a rubber mat, which was a huge H&S issue, someone almost lost their footing on it.

Hi Cathy. Sorry about that and thanks for the feedback. Since your visit, we have installed mains-powered lighting all along the walkway from the carpark to the clubhouse.
