I booked the Old Town Hall for my 21st Birthday party. It was a beautiful venue and the first viewing was very good and informative.
However, during the weeks leading up to the event, it was very difficult to contact the management. I had lots of questions that were left unanswered and tried for weeks to arrange a second viewing with little success.
It seems they do not have a designated event manager and rely on the restaurant staff in Rico Sabor to manage the bookings! This venue is so lovely and historic yet it’s not being marketed or managed in the right way at all!
Ricky from Rico Sabor was very helpful on the day of the event and made it easy for us to go in and set up beforehand.
Everybody commented on how amazing the Great Hall was. I just wish that management could take control of the bookings better and provide a good experience for their customers.
This could be a brilliant wedding venue however I can’t imagine that anyone would feel comfortable booking there with no follow up from management once you’ve paid!
