Gretton Village Hall is a modern, multi-purpose community building with a flexible, accessible suite of activity spaces, all of which can be accessed independently. MAIN HALL ROOM ( 14m x 8m = 112m2 ) With high beamed ceilings and a sprung beech wood floor, the room is suitable for a number of events and activities such as presentations, plays , parties, receptions, fitness classes, large meetings etc. 130 people can be seated theatre style in rows. Where guests are seated at tables for a reception or dinner then 90 people can be accommodated. LARGE MEETING ROOM (Upstairs) ( 7m x 5.5m = 38.5m2 ) Retaining much of the character of the original 200 year old building, this room has its own kitchenette for tea/coffee making. The room is suitable for large committee meetings and other gatherings or as a consulting room. Up to 40 people can be accommodated sitting theatre style in rows. SMALL MEETING ROOM ( 5.5m x 3.3m = 18m2 ) Situated next to the kitchen, this space is ideal for use when booking the whole Village Hall for a large event of function; it can be used either as a bar area (standing room, up to 30 people) or as a buffet room. It is also good as a consulting room of for smaller meetings of up to 12 people. KITCHEN ( 3.75m x 3.4m = 12.75m2 ) Modern and equipped with an electric range cooker, a fridge and two sinks. Ther are two serving hatches giving access to both the Main Hall Room and, the Small Meeting Room.
