Hire Costs: Schedule of Prices (revised Jan 12) 1) Blewbury Parish Residents /Clubhouse members for private use 2) Non- residents and business or commercial 1 Melland Room 1) £10 per hour 2) £14 per hour Licensed Bar (per use) 1) £15 2) £25 For ad hoc sports changing and Rec Ground (+/- kitchen use) refer to booking clerk. Prices include electricity and heating/hot water. All waste must be removed from site by the hirer. Equipment/Capacity: The Melland Room has a capacity of 60 persons 2 x Rectangular table (1600x800), wheeled, flip top; 12 x Square tables (800x800) – suitable for bridge or 4 persons eating; 60 x chairs, Stackable in 5-6s; None of the above equipment should be used on the grass. Outside furniture comprising: 5 tables (folding); 20 Chairs (folding); 5 Parasols with and bases.
