About Blewbury Village Hall
The Main Hall (17.5m x 10.6m) can accommodate up to 200 people standing or 150 seated. However, these numbers may be reduced if a stage is erected, or a particular configuration of furniture is required. Please contact the Hall administration team if you plan to hold a large event in the Hall to check that it will meet your requirements.
Tables and chairs are available for use in whichever configuration best suits your function. The main hall has a permanent AV system installed.
The Vale Room (7.3m x 7.3m) has a maximum capacity of 60, seated or standing. Tables and chairs are available. The Vale Room has its own permanent AV system installed.
The Committee Room can accommodate small meetings of up to 14 people and can also be hired when it is not being used as a waiting room for the doctor’s surgery.
There is a small kitchen suitable for the serving of snacks and drinks but not for food preparation. Note that the kitchen is shared facility for all hall users.
