The Village Hall is centrally located in the village, 5 miles from Woodstock. Essentially it is a community hall but we do open it up for hire for all sorts of events. It includes a Main Hall with stage, a smaller Club Room and a kitchen.
The Main Hall (57x30) licensed capacity can accommodate up to 200 people depending on the type of function. The Club Room is a smaller (24x22), carpeted space which could comfortably take up to 50 people. This room is connected to the kitchen which makes it ideal for children's parties or meetings. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as an electric range oven and hob. We have ample car parking available and the Main Hall opens up onto a grassed area which leads to the playing field and children’s play area. We do hold a license but request that functions finish by midnight in consideration of local residents. The Village Hall has a NON-SMOKING policy.
The village library is situated on the end, and the Sports & Social Club is next door.
