About Soldiers of Oxfordshire
We have a large meeting room here at the Soldiers of Oxfordshire, which is an ideal venue for meetings, parties, gatherings, ect.
Our capacity reaches 60 with Theatre style seating. We have a bright and spacious room on the ground floor and tables/chairs can be arranged to suit your needs. We can provide flipcharts, projector screen (with sound system) and water as standard at no extra cost.
Additionally we can also offer the following services:
Event listing on our website and brochure if applicable.
Tea, coffee and biscuits available to order at your convenience.
A list of recommended local caterers.
Guided museum tours and talks.
Reduced entry for your guests/delegates into the galleries.
For larger events, the Meeting Room partition wall can be opened to allow easy access into the museum galleries.
The Museum's regular opening times are 10am to 5pm Tuesday-Saturday, and 2pm-5pm Sundays. Standard bookings held during these ours are charged at £22 per hour. Bookings can be arranged outside of these hours, but will incur additional costs.
