In Cromwell's time, this is the very room where he would have sat to oversee the locals bringing corn and produce in order the pay their ‘tithes’ or taxes. In other words it was the Tax Office! Today, the Tithe Office has been restored to retain its character and charm and makes for an excellent function room venue. Unfortunately, there is no parking on the premises, but there are a variety of free car parks within easy walking distance. For unloading & loading parking for short period can be arranged.
