Waterlily Venue

We had our wedding at waterlily venue Cleveland suit on the 18th July, 2015.We had an agreement of certain things which some of it are written down by Tariq who was in charge of us and some are gentlemen agreements which are not written down but we agreed on. Below are some of the agreements we had that was written down. 1x wedding stage as per the picture taken on the 28th of march 2015 300x white cheir cover with organza purple sases 30x white table linen 10x white table linen for the buffet tables 300x gold cloth napkins 15x gold globe with purple lights to be confirmed 15x gold candlabra with purple lights to be confirmed 300x cutlery 6x pieces dinner plate . Knife .fork. spoon. Glass and champion glasses 1x long table to be placed for the mum and Dad 1x walkway with red carpet 7x waiters to help with the service and clean up 2x security for 5x hours from 7pm to 12pm Decorators to decorate the venue Venue to be set for 4pm . It is unfortunately that our wedding is tarnished and ruined by the action of this business. Many things went totally wrong on this day but the most notable one by every guest was the fact that people where arriving at the venue and decoration is still going on, the carpet was disgusting, they were very late in decorating!!!! and by the time we agreed that the hall should be set we were still running around for another 1 hour before we can start the wedding. I was the bride and I was so so distraught having to come in even 1 hour after agreed time to see a guy putting chair covers on and he carpet so dirty all the servants we had paid for were just standing there holding their hips.. A brides worst nightmare! This was totally unacceptable and this is just one of the agreement we had that was not met, others includes no good working air conditioning, red carpet not provided as agreed, purple light not provided as agreed, purple table runner not provides as agreed instead a different colour e.t.c. just plain gold that was what they provided...
