We offer a large events venue which has a maximum capacity of 400 people, has a cloakroom and overlooks the stadiums first team pitch. we offer Tables and chairs for 120 people included in the hire price however we can seat a maximum of 250 for an additional furniture hire charge, we offer two types of hire fully licensed hire which includes bar staff and clean up, means that all beverages both alcoholic and soft have to be purchased from the venue itself, and a dry hire which means our bar will be closed and there will be staff onsite supervising but will not operate as bar staff fully licensed hire is charged at £300.00 5pm till 12am plus a £200 deposit which is refundable after the event, before 5pm is charged at £50.00 per hour and this includes time for setting up and decorating the hall. fully licensed hire required a minimum bar spend of £1000.00 on Saturday nights Dry Hire is charged at £600 plus £200 deposit 5pm till 12am Monday to Thursday £750 plus £200 deposit 5pm till 12am Friday and Sunday £1500 plus £200 deposit 5pm till 12am Saturdays time before 5pm is charged at £50 per hour Outside Catering can be brought in and we do not have kitchen facilities available or allow the use of microwaves, electric ovens or BBQs in the function room itself, if hot food is required we recommend chaffing dishes
