About Bothel Village Hall
Our village hall is a new building with the highest green credentials. It is warm, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The main hall measures 15m X 10m with a semi sprung wooden floor, projector and sound system, it will seat 100 persons comfortably for a function, party or wedding. Featuring a wooden rubbing rail around the hall depicting local dialect inscriptions and Cumberland numbering. Conference room 7m X 4m with 55" VDU, Wi-Fi and seats 12 around a table comfortably. Kitchen is equipped to catering standards with warming cupboard, 3 ovens and a 5 hob range. There are hatches between the kitchen, the foyer and the main hall. We have a licence and a well stocked bar. The foyer is furnished with sofas & coffee type tables and can be used as a refuge to enjoy a coffee or something stronger. Toilets are tastefully appointed including a shower/wetroom disabled facility. The exterior is designed in the old English garden style with patio and lawns for the hot summer days.
Situated close to the junction between the A595 with the A591 the hall is equidistant from Cockermouth, Keswick and Wigton.
