About Torpenhow Village Hall
Situated in the centre of the village, Torpenhow Village Hall is a large modern building providing a social centre for the area.
The Hall is centrally located within the Allerdale district conveniently covering the Carlisle, Whitehaven and Penrith areas. It has a capacity of 120 people with catering facilities, a fully licensed bar, a stage and offers excellent acoustics.
The Hall is available for hire at reasonable rates for meetings, parties, wedding receptions, family functions and social or corporate events.
We run regular social events and many groups hire the hall for their activities including, amongst others, local bands, exercise classes, Brownies and a local craft group.
