About Health and Exercise Matters
Health and Exercise Matters is a purpose built studio to hire for classes such as Pilates, Dance, Yoga, Personal Training, Baby Massage, Reiki or wellbeing sessions.
It is based in Gosforth, Arden House at the Regent Centre. The studio has mirrored walls, rubber flooring, changing rooms, toilets and a shower. There is free parking at the front of the building.
The studio can be hired at £12.50 per half hour or £25per hour allowing flexibility to the instructor.
The website has a calendar which can be accessed to view slots available to book. These are Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm giving ample choice to the hirer.
