Welcome to Glebelands School! Located in Cranleigh, West Surrey, we pride ourselves on our facilities, as they are adaptable, well-kept and fit for multiple occasions.
Our dining hall can be used for a wide variety of events or activities. We can provide chairs and tables for refreshments, and 14 adult tables and 7 small adults. With an overall capacity of 200, this makes it ideal for small gatherings like kids parties, and with 6 weeks prior negotiation, we can allow the use of the kitchen as well. In addition to this, the tables and chairs can be folded away to provide space for activities such as yoga and dance.
If a bigger space is what you're after, we're confident our gym will do you nicely. It's perfect for indoor sports, exercise, martial arts and fitness clubs! Among the equipment we can provide are mats, basketball hoops and table tennis tables to ensure your classes and games run swimmingly.
As well as this, our sports hall for all kinds of indoor games and fitness activities, ranging from football, basketball, badminton, kids parties, martial arts, yoga, aerobics and more!

- we can pull the curtain across to split the hall into two.
We only ask for no stiletto heels or outdoor shoes in the gym or sports hall.
Finally, we have our grand main hall! It has a maximum capacity of 320 people, making it the ideal location for events such as performances and lectures just to name a few! In order to enhance your event and make it the best possible experience, we can also provide sound systems and a projector.
Our goal at Glebelands is to bring the community together in such a way that we can facilitate a positive environment that can hopefully provide something for everyone. We hope the extra income we generate can improve our facilities for the sake of both our students and the local community.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Monday - Friday 4:30-10:00pm during term times and holidays Weekend bookings by prior agreement only School holidays evening bookings only
Hire Costs: *Require 6 weeks notice* 1-100 people 80 per hour 100-200 people 120 per hour 200+ 150 per hour Please contact us for individual space prices.
