About Rugeley Community Centre
Rugeley Community Centre is a thriving environment hosting a mix of community activities and well-presented rooms for hire by groups and organisations.
It is very conveniently located in the centre of Rugeley at the junction of the main routes from Cannock, Stafford and Lichfield, whilst Rugeley Town station is only a 5-minute walk away.
There are 3 meeting rooms and a large sports hall available to hire, with discounted rates for not-for-profit groups and organisations. Please note, we don't hire out our rooms for birthdays, weddings or other similar private functions.
Pear Tree Room - seats 36 theatre style or 22 in boardroom layout.
Talbot Room - seats 20 theatre style or 12 in boardroom layout.
Brereton Room - seats 10 theatre style or 6 around a table.
Sports Hall - seats 180, marked out for five-a-side football, basketball and three badminton courts and can be split into two sections by an acoustic curtain. Ideal for sports, market place events and large gatherings. PA equipment also available.
All rooms have WiFi, ceiling-mounted projectors and screens, flexible furniture layouts, induction loop provision and good disabled access. There is also a kitchen, informal cafe area, male/female/disabled toilets, a spacious foyer and a free car park.
