Following it's £200,000 refurbishment in 2019, Havant Rugby Club has transformed into the perfect venue for hosting events. 

A friendly clubhouse that can be hired out for a variety of different functions, including conferences/meetings! We offer a range of different services like Ultra-fast WiFi, fully licensed bars, high standard of function catering, accessible building with disabled access/lift, a friendly environment and excellent service!

Event Room Hire prices

Our spacious Clubroom is the perfect environment for large events. The Clubroom can hold a maximum of 500 people for the entire hall. The hire price is £250 Sunday to Friday. To hire the Clubroom on a Saturday is £350.

For smaller events, the Main Clubroom can be divided to give a more intimate feel. this will create a space that can hold a maximum of 150 people. The hire price for the Main Clubroom is £150 Sunday to Friday or £250 on a Saturday. Each extension is an extra £50. 

The Clubroom can be transformed into two meeting rooms. The room layout can be changed depending on the needs of the event. We often host meetings, conferences, lectures and training courses in these rooms. We offer a select price for our meeting rooms, please get in touch with us to find out more. 

We have a beautiful secret bar located within Havant Rugby Club which is the ideal location for smaller events. Bob's Bar can hold a maximum of 60 people and can be hired every day of the week. Even though this is our smallest event space, this room has a big personality with a fully stocked bar that will keep you and your guests satisfied. The hire price for Bob's Bar is £100. This will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Meeting Room Hire

Individual meeting rooms: We have two individual meeting rooms located at Havant Rugby Club, which Is the perfect setting for both formal and informal meetings and training courses. The hire price is £140 for a full day hire (8am-5pm) or £20 per hour.

Double Meeting room: Our double meeting room can seat up to 80 people, offering a large working space which is ideal for larger meetings, board meetings, away days and active and formal training courses. The hire price is £210 for a full day hire (8am – 5pm) or £30 per hour.

Large Meeting Room and Conference Hall: Our large Meeting Room and Conference Hall is our biggest professional space that we offer for hire. We can fit 220 people seated at our round tables, or 300 seated in our Conference lay out. The hire price is £350 for a full day hire (8am-5pm) or £50 per hour

Catering options

We offer a range of catering options for each event. This includes a buffet menu, a curry buffet and a 2-3 course sit down meal. Depending on your catering requirements we will make the ideal package for you and your guests.
