Hire Costs: HALL HIRING CHARGES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS PREMISES COMMENT COST PER HOUR MAIN HALL £15.00 SMALL HALL (INCLUDING CONSERVATORY) £12.00 MAIN HALL plus SMALL HALL (INCLUDING CONSERVATORY) £20.00 KITCHEN (for BEVERAGES AND COLD FOOD) £3.00 KITCHEN (FOR HOT FOOD PREPARATION) £6.00 CUTLERY / CROCKERY Per usage £5.00 PLAYING MUSIC (Live or recorded) £2.00 PER SESSION PROJECTOR AND SCREEN £5.00 PER SESSION OUTSIDE AREA (WITH ACCESS TO TOILETS) £8.00 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT £120.00 MINIMUM CHARGE £20.00 MAXIMUM DAILY CHARGE £275.00 NOTE 1 A 10% discount on the above charges may be offered to regular users, registered charities etc. Please ask the Hall Manager for details. NOTE 2 The Kitchen can only be hired in conjunction with the Small Hall (e.g. you cannot hire just the Main Hall and Kitchen.
