The Hall in Westhampnett provides an elegant, warm space, surrounded by natural light and can be partitioned to smaller and more private areas. There are enough tables and comfortable chairs for the 120-maximum occupancy for your events, clubs and meetings. With access to many electrical outlets and Wi-Fi the hall is designed to be flexible to meet your requirements.

The reception seating area with views overlooking the village green is a place to meet and sit down for a beverage. This area can support 4-6 tables and chairs. There are 2 additional seating areas outside the hall, which will be wonderful in warm weather. Outside the hall is our village green with a young children’s playground to keep them occupied.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The hall and its facilities are available Monday - Sunday between 8am-10pm (Excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
Hire Costs: In the Parish (residents, school, church, charities) Hourly Rate - £15 4 hour session - £45 Whole day (8am to 10pm) - £80 Deposit (to cover the cost of the fob and key) - £25 Hourly rate for small groups of 10 or less - £10 Teenage Parties Only local Residents can hire the hall for Teenagers’ parties up to 19 years, with special terms and standards of Hire, see terms and Standards of Hire, Deposit £250 (the rates are as above). Non-residents and Small Businesses Hourly Rate - £15 4 hour session - £50 Whole day (8am to 10pm) - £120 Deposit (to cover the cost of the fob and key) - £50 For long term Hirers the deposit will be returned after 3 months, with a retention of £25 to cover the cost of the key and fob, until they are returned. There will also be an introductory 10% discount on the rates (hourly rate £13.50) for the first 8 weeks, to help Hirers to get classes established. Corporate Rates Hourly Rate £20 Deposit £100 The charges include the option to use the kitchen with Kitchenware and cleaning equipment tables and chairs for up to 120 people. Damages will be taken out of deposit or an invoice will be sent if the cost of damages is higher than the deposit. No alcohol can be sold on the premises. We will refund the deposit within 28 days of the termination of the period of hire provided that the key fobs are returned and no damage or loss has been caused to the premises and/or contents, nor complaints made to us about noise or other disturbance during the period of the hiring as a result of the hiring.
