About Burghfield Community Sports Association
The Burghfield Community Sports Association (BCSA) consists of 3 available rooms:
Lounge Bar – Ideal for intimate functions of up to 50. The Lounge Bar has a relaxed atmosphere, it has plenty of seating, a dancefloor and its own bar.
Ballroom is ideal If you’re planning a larger function with a maximum capacity of 200. The space can be used for weddings, birthday parties, corporate functions, shows, fayres, you name it! The Ballroom also has its own bar as well as a large stage if you’re planning on hiring a DJ, live entertainment or a function that has speakers attending.
The Club has a kitchen and although not for private use the caterers can make your event personalized by working with you to provide you with a menu that suits you.
The Sports Bar has a pool table, a full-size snooker table room and just recently table tennis! The BCSA are hosts to County and Super League darts and the boards are always available in the Sports Bar if you fancy throwing some arrows!
We also have a skittle alley with seating and a bar, it is a great opportunity for small or staff gatherings with a twist!
There is copious on-site parking for approximately 200 cars.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Available to hire 7 days a week, there are regular bookings which may restrict the availability.
Hire Costs: Example of costs: Ballroom - Saturday night 7pm – 11:30pm non member £175 plus a £150 refundable deposit. Wakes and christenings will be less depending on the times and numbers of expected guests etc. usually hired on an hourly rate.
