Petham Village hall, opened in September 2005, in the picturesque village of Petham, situated 4 miles south of Canterbury, is a much sought after venue. Just a few metres from the lovely country church of All Saints with a view across rolling countryside, the hall has gained the Hallmark III award for its facilities and management.
There are two halls which can be hired separately or joined into one large area. If your company is looking for a venue to hold a day conference or training day then Petham has everything you need. WiFi is available at the hall.
Petham is a particularly beautiful venue for wedding receptions, whether the bridal couple marry in the church or elsewhere. The hall has everything to make the reception memorable including a fully fitted kitchen for self-catering or outside caterers with space for about 130 guests.
The hire charges are very competitive whether for shows, weddings, conferences, courses, parties, etc. Several slots are available for regular or one-off bookings during weekdays and weekends
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The hall is available for hire 7 days a week, throughout the daytime and evening.
Hire Costs: Weekday hourly rates are £11.50 for the Large Hall, £8.50 for the Small Hall or Committee Room and £20 for the Whole Hall (Small & Large Halls combined) Weekend hourly daytime rates are £14.50 for the Large Hall, £10,50 for the Small Hall or Committee Room and £21 for the Whole Hall (Small & Large Halls combined) Weekend hourly evening rates (after 6.30pm) are £21.00for the Large Hall, £11.50 for the Small Hall or Committee Room and £31.50 for the Whole Hall (Small & Large Halls combined) Rates to hire the whole building for a special occasion, such as a wedding, are £650 for the weekend (Friday afternoon-Sunday afternoon)
