About Fassage Hall and Recreation Ground
The Fassage Hall is a purpose-built community facility which caters for sporting, social and business events located on the edge of the recreation ground next to the children’s play area.
The hall can be hired from 8 am to 12 midnight on Friday, Saturday and Sundays during school term times and seven days a week during school holidays.
There is off road parking 100 meters from the building. Disabled parking is at the rear of the building.
The main hall is 12m x 6m and is fully carpeted. There are
tables and chairs sufficient for 50 people. There is a lobby area with gives
access to the main hall, a kitchen, and toilet facilities for male, female and
disabled persons with a baby changing mat. The kitchen is equipped with two
refrigerators, a microwave oven, tea urn, twin cooking rings as well as cutlery
and crockery for 50 persons.
The sports changing facilities are housed in a wing of the same building, but these are accessed through separate entrance doors and there is no internal access between the two parts on the building.
The cost of hiring the hall is £12 per hour for regular users and £15 per hour for single events. Bookings will only be accepted on the completion of the online Lemon booking form click here. and receipt of the appropriate payment. To secure your booking you will need to pay a £10 non refundable booking fee by return (this is in addition to the hourly hire cost). There is also a £50 refundable deposit due at time of booking. We are now able to take online card payments using Stripe. A link will be included with your invoice to enable swift payment.
