Welcome to "The Venue" at Union of Brunel Students in Uxbridge – the ultimate spot for throwing parties and hosting memorable events. With space for up to 600 guests (Depending on set up), this place has got all the essentials: a DJ booth OR a DJ stage, fully kitted with AV gear from UV lights to lasers to disco light to a smoke machine, and even split-able facilities for sectioning off the room.
We've also got you covered with plenty of toilets, a fully stocked bar to keep the drinks flowing, and an outdoor smoking area for those who need it. Need to make announcements? No problem, we've got microphones ready to go.
And here's the best part – if you need to go big, we can expand the space to fit your needs. So whether you're planning a wild night out, a corporate shindig or 60th Birthday, "The Venue" has everything you need to make it a great event.

1/ Due to licensing restrictions, we cannot accommodate 18th Birthday Celebrations or Events for U18's

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Our availability varies throughout the year, please send us your approximate date and timings and we can confirm if the venue is free.
Hire Costs: Day Time Hire from 9.00am to 6.00pm (£500.00) , also available (per hour £100.00, min 3 hrs depending on availability). We also own Locos bar (capacity 500 depending on set up, daytime hire £500.00) Entire Combined Venue (capacity up to 1100), can be hired for £950.00. Evening & Night Time Hire from 7.00pm to 1.00am (3am on request) is at a cost of £1150.00. Available Per hour £275.00 (min 3 hrs depending on availability). Entire Combined 2 Venue (up to 1100 person capacity) £2000.00. Additional costs. Security (2 for each 100 attendees + 1 for each subsequent 100, min of 4 hr contract at £18.50 per hr). DJ Hire (8pm to 1am) : £350.00. Technical Support per hour :from £16.50. Rates exclude VAT where applicable. Some events may require Security incurring additional costs subject to Risk Assessment and Licensing requirments. Surcharges apply for 3rd party catering & Sunday Hire.
