Availability: Our availability varies throughout the year, please send us your approximate date and timings and we can confirm if the venue is free.

Hire Costs: Day Time Hire from 9.00am to 6.00pm (£500.00) , also available (per hour £100.00, min 3 hrs depending on availability). We also own Venue Nightclub (capacity 500 depending on set up, daytime hire £500.00) Entire Combined Venue (capacity up to 1100), can be hired for £950.00. Evening & Night Time Hire from 7.00pm to 1.00am (3am on request) is at a cost of £1150.00. Available Per hour £275.00 (min 3 hrs depending on availability). Entire Combined 2 Venue (up to 1100 person capacity) £2000.00. Additional costs. Security (2 for each 100 attendees + 1 for each subsequent 100, min of 4 hr contract at £18.50 per hr). DJ Hire (8pm to 1am) : £350.00. Technical Support per hour :from £16.50. Rates exclude VAT where applicable. Some events may require Security incurring additional costs subject to Risk Assessment and Licensing requirments. Surcharges apply for 3rd party catering & Sunday Hire.
