The Farmstead at Linmere offers a place to meet, entertain, celebrate, learn, share and connect. The Farmstead is a sustainably-built community facility, with a large Café on site, dog groomers, and Lash Lounge beauty salon.
Our three flexible spaces offer residents, businesses and the wider community a venue for a range of occasions and requirements. Spaces can be adapted to meet your needs and are available to hire from 9am – 11pm, 7 days a week.
Our 3 rooms for hire offer a choice of options, from small group gatherings to large events, each space bookable by the hour between 9am and 11pm. The facility is served by a large 20m2 kitchen, two fully accessible toilets and a reception area. Alongside WiFi, multiple electrical points, a mobile presentation screen, hosts have access to 25 tables and 150 chairs to cover any event requirement.
