Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Hall Tuesday day time - 9am to 5pm Wednesday - 9am to 11pm Thursday day time - 9am to 5pm Friday - 9am to 12am Saturday - 9am to 12am (if we are in Rugby Season April to September, the hall may not be free during the day) Saturday - 9am to 6pm (if we are in Rugby Season April to September, the hall may not be free) Our side bar which sit 40-50 people is available every weekday from 9am to 5pm
Hire Costs: Hall Hire Prices Champions Bar 9am-5pm 30 Seated, 50 Standing £25 per hour Main Hall 80 – 100 Seated, 150 Standing Daytime Rate 9am-6pm - £25 per jour Evening Rate 6pm til close - £30 per hour Evening Special 7pm til close with access from 6:30pm - £120 There is a £50 charge for self-catering BBQ (food/utensils/coal to be provided by hirer) £25 per session Bar extension until 1am available on request Price on enquiry Bar Staff Cost (per session) Event Hire with up to 50 Guests – One Staff @ £60.00 Event Hire with up to 100 Guests – Two Staff @ £120.00 Event Hire with over 100 Guests – Three Staff @ £180.00 NB: This is a guideline and will be assessed on each individual event Full BRFC Members can receive one Hall Hire free of charge per season (This does not include the cost of staffing which will be chargeable) The booking must be taken in one single session on a single date. All bookings are subject to availability & approval Access times are subject to availability The Hirer is required to pay a £50.00 Non-refundable deposit to secure the booking which will be deducted from the hire charge All prices are inclusive of VAT
