Heritage building (former congregational church restored in 1987 and nowadays used as community hall), central location in Ledbury town centre, off Church Lane (cobbled lane, and one of the most photographed streets in the UK), suitable for wedding receptions, social events, funeral gatherings, committee and other meetings, talks, exhibitions, fashion-shoots, photography, one-off events, and regular bookings. Seating for 100 (chairs provided!), plus further 40 in gallery. Gas central heating, good natural light, high ceiling, wooden floor, separate toilets, ramp entrance. Chairs, tables, kitchen (with cutlery, crockery, fridge, microwave, electric cooker, electric kettles), projector screen (electrically-operated), portable projector-stand with power-socket in floor, black-out using curtains, ample electric power points, flexible lighting, lectern. Private patio outside. Main entrance via Church Lane (next to Butcher Row House Museum), and secondary entrance from High Street. All revenue goes to Ledbury and District Society Trust Ltd (Civic Society and registered Charity).
