The Armstrong Hall Complex is situated in Chapel Street and offers a wide range of facilities for community use. The original Cossham Hall was presented to the town in 1888 by Handel Cossham and is suitable for small functions, having a seating capacity of 140. In 1972 a local businessman Frank Armstrong set up a charitable trust for community use in the town, and the main hall with a capacity of 350, kitchen facilities, smaller meeting rooms and a licensed bar were added to the complex.
