We're a small registered charity based in the former BT Telephone Exchange building in the center of London's Chinatown. Our three multi-purpose spaces can be hired together or separately. Each space is equipped with a bathroom, small pantry, air conditioning and has full access via elevator. I. Chung Yen Sing Hall (G floor) - 100sqm - 60 ppl standing capacity The smallest space on the ground floor features handpainted wallpaper on one side and direct access to Gerrard Street, the very lively main street in London's Chinatown. It is great for workshops, meetings, small receptions etc. II. Moonchu Hall (2nd floor) - 300sqm - 230 ppl standing capacity The 2nd floor is a large open space with high ceilings and plenty of natural light from five tall windows overlooking Chinatown. It features Chinese-style wallpapers and wooden flooring. Suited to workshops, lectures, conferences, exhibitions etc. III. Prudential Hall (3rd floor) - 300sqm - 230 ppl standing capacity The 3rd floor is another large open space with high ceilings and plenty of natural light from four tall windows overlooking Chinatown. The industrial boldness of the space is contrasted by the handpainted wallpaper and carpet flooring. Suited to talks, performances, presentations etc. Gerrard Street is accessible by car, free parking in Gerrard Street is available every day until 12pm, after that parking is not allowed, but more ​​​​​​​​​​paid parking is available nearby.
