What an amazing place to have a party! We had just over 100 guests, for a buffet meal to celebrate our anniversary. The place is perfect - lots of space to sit or stand and enjoy food.. and plenty of space for a dancing area. We had a DJ who occupied the stage - the equipment was all provided, and set up for us the night before - and someone was on hand to explain how it operated if needs be. The lighting was super for when people were dancing too. The facilities are first class. The back room was ideal to place food on tables, and there was a super kitchen full of what we needed - the hatch is handy to provide drinks for any who needed them. We were fortunate to meet & speak to a few members of the committee and ones who help run the hall, each one of them were really kind, helpful and lovely to chat to. We had a wonderful evening, and will most certainly be holding another function there again soon. Would strongly recommend to anyone - use this hall and you will not be disappointed!! Thank you very much from all of us.

I needed a hall centrally situated in Yorkshire for a one day conference for British Rowing. The hall met my needs completely. No distractions, no noise, fully equipped kitchen for lunch and drinks and very easy access to arterial routes through Yorkshire. The hire process was seamless and people I dealt with could not have been more helpful. The conference was a great success and not only will I book again in 2013 but would also recommend to colleagues and friends. The whole process has been well thought out by the committee who should be congratulated, small is better! and more personal and just right for my needs. Best wishes and see you next year! Hi, The Hall was a great venue. We had just over 100 guests who were easily accommodated within the hall. The Band took the stage which meant we had a good dance floor. The caterers were able to use the kitchen to sort out the food. Getting access was well organised and no problem. All in all a big thank you. This is what the hall should be used for- local people using it for local celebtrations!! Many thanks
