Community centre with spacious halls and comfortable meeting and activity rooms adjacent to beautiful urban parkland, and only five minutes from the M3 and M27.
Single-storey community centre with annexe available to hire from 6am to 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday and 6am to 11.30pm Friday and Saturday. A range of rooms and halls available, in a variety of shapes and sizes. Spaces are appropriate for training, meetings, activity classes, parties or events. A unique veranda space opens onto a patio and beautiful parkland, ideal for outdoor activities in Spring and Summer.
Our Blackbird Cafe serves delicious hot and cold food every day from 10am-1pm on Mondays, 10am to 3pm on Tuesdays, and 9am-3pm Wednesday to Sunday. We also offer a buffet service seven days a week. All rooms are fully accessible and the centre also has a Changing Places facility. A 70 space car park is free to users of the centre and the adjacent park.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: 7 days a week available to hire from 6am to 10.30pm Sunday to Thursday and 6am to 11.30pm Friday and Saturday.
Hire Costs: Kingfisher Hall £34 p/hr without kitchen (capacity 150), £40 p/hr with kitchen Woodpecker Hall £28 p/hr (capacity 70), enclosed outdoor play area included, kitchen available from 5pm, we can provide hot water urns and water jugs for this space beforehand. As well as smaller spaces if required including: Greenfinch suite (capacity 24), £20 per hour, kitchenette facility included as well as sofa corner Kestrel Suite (Capacity 20), £16 per hour, Also Sensory Room- please see further details below Dove Suite (Capacity 15), £16 per hour, small kitchenette included Magpie Suite (Capacity 20), £20 per hour, small kitchenette included
