About Exchange Studio

The Exchange Studio is part of the Hazlitt Arts Centre and is in the centre of Maidstone, 5 minutes drive from Junction 6 of the M20 and 5 minutes walk from Maidstone East train station. The Exchange is 14.5 x 12.5m, has beautiful decor, high ceilings, natural daylight and a wooden fully sprung dance floor. It has it's own dedicated bar, connecting doors to our second studio The Fourth Wall (12.5 x 10m), is wheelchair accessible and has full theatre sound and lighting. The Exchange is a very flexible space with retractable raked seating for up to 135.
